Italian Cooking Competition in Chicago

In this hands-on team building class with Chef Paco, you and your colleagues will learn how to prepare a four-course menu featuring two handmade pasta dishes founded on northern Italian traditions and ingredients.

What to expect:
- An entertaining, savory night made for 1-6 guests
- The chance to work with your hands to knead, roll, and make your own pasta from scratch
- Learn how to work with fresh seafood and how to build layers of flavor in your homemade pasta sauces
- A welcoming space to ask your cooking questions and learn from a skilled chef
- A communal, close-knit dinner to discuss your creations and make new friends
- Guests are welcome to BYOB to enjoy during the class
