Private French-Inspired Cooking Class with a Fun Local
This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Join your host Andrea at her beautiful kitchen to learn to cook a healthy French-inspired meal from recipes that she has learned from her friends and family all over the world. Your hands-on French cooking class will last about 2 hours during which you will learn to cook three dishes from scratch. Some of the dishes you might learn to cook are gougères au fromage, doughy cheese puffs, coq au vin, a classic French stew, and Amandine aux poires, pear almond tart. Enjoy learning about the tips and techniques involved in healthy French cooking before you sit down at the table to share over wine a 4-course meal you helped prepare with host Andrea.
