Enjoy an aquatic adventure on the Big Island during this 4-hour small-group excursion combining sea kayaking, snorkeling, and more. Paddle along a section of the island known for its abundant marine life as you scout for local Hawaiian Spinner dolphins. You’ll also have time for snorkeling, allow you to view more than 50 species of fish and join in for adventurous activities like cliff jumping. Although we try to keep the general groups small, we also offer private tours as well as tours for larger groups like large families, groups of students, company outings, etc. up to 20 guests.

Itinerary Details

Meeting time is 7am
Start your day with a morning adventure! We kayak along the coast as we head to the sea caves. Hawaiian spinner dolphins (Nai’a) are most commonly seen in the early morning, so look out for these amazing creatures.

We stop for snorkeling at one of our favorite spots that are rich with coral and over 50 kinds of colorful fish. Other critters that we sometimes encounter are manta rays, hawksbill and green turtles, and humpback whales. Conditions permitting, this tour offers sea caves, blowholes, underwater arches, The Elevator, The Rings, and more.

We specialize in taking very small groups (4 to 8 people avg) to ensure a safe, full, and unhurried experience. Space is very limited, so please book early. No experience necessary. We provide high-quality equipment and very stable kayaks. Experienced Guides are Lifeguard/First Aid trained. We offer clear and full instructions on paddling and water safety. Guides are happy to “talk story” on the history and culture of the area.
